About Me
Born in Augusta, Georgia, I began drawing from the moment I could hold a pencil and from there I never stopped. I would draw anywhere and everywhere.
My art was always weird. As a kid I would draw skeletons, skulls, and made up creatures. I would imagine all kinds of fantastic beasts and animals. I was also obsessed with the sea. My favorite place is still the ocean.
I went to Davidson Fine Arts High School and majored in studio art and photography. I had a darkroom in my house as a teen and spent most of my time there developing my own film and photographs. I grew up shooting my father’s 1977 Nikon FM 35mm with fixed 50mm lens and it’s still my favorite camera/combo to shoot with to this day.
After high school I made the move to upstate South Carolina where I have now lived for almost a decade. Since relocating to Greenville I have started a designer jewelry business and began a career in art full time.
I love what I do, thanks for letting me share it with you.
